Grant of Options 30-06-10
The Company announces that it has granted options over a total of 1,475,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each (the “Options”). The Options are exercisable at any time between the 30th June 2010, being the date of grant, and 25 August 2014, subject to the optionholder having served with the Company in the 6 month period prior to the date of exercise. The exercise price is 45 pence per share, which is approximately twice the Company’s stock price today. The officers involved do not receive any bonuses in cash, which is supportive to the company and underlines that they only will be rewarded once the stock price appreciates substantially, which will be in the interest of all shareholders.
