Chinese press - article update
In the Chinese press an article on Antonov has been released recently, confirming discussions on engineering orders with several car manufacturers in China including Lifan. Furthermore it states that Loncin has discontinued negotiations on a JV with Antonov temporarily, awaiting further progress from Antonov's side. This is in line with our press release on 'strategy and trading update' released on 9th February 2009, where we make clear that we will continue to have meetings with the Chong Qing government about optimal partners and financing guarantees.

Antonov changes Board of Directors and CEO
The Board of Antonov announces that following a re-evaluation of the strategy and priorities of the company, John Moore, Chief Executive officer and Director of the Company has resigned, and Christopher Ross, Chairman of the Company, has retired, both as of today.

Antonov Secures Additional Customer Programs

Antonov Secures Order in Germany with GTI
The Board of Antonov is pleased to announce that due to significant wider market interest in its 2- speed technology, an agreement, which has been in place with Emporio Sàrl through its German subsidiary GTI Green Tec International AG (‘GTI’), has been extended from a distribution to a representative arrangement enabling both parties to become much more involved in the overall marketing of Antonov’s technology to the German automotive market.
